Scope of work:
– Loft extension with 2 dormers and Juliette balcony
– Bathroom refurbishment on first floor
– Side extension
The main goal of the clients was to carry out the forementioned works but to make sure it matches the existing aesthetic throughout so there wouldn’t seem to be a clear divide. Rendering of the same colour, and white rooflights, windows and bi-fold doors is what helped achieved this, as well as maintaining the warm wooden finish within the orangery and loft.
