The Cricklewood project presented our team with a unique challenge due to the significant number of steel beams required for structural stability. However, our team of professionals tackled this issue with ease.
in the loft area, the objective was to optimize every inch of the available space while also allowing for an abundance of natural light. To achieve this, we installed Velux windows, double sliding doors with a balcony, and applied a white paint finish, creating a bright and airy space.
For the ground floor, our team carried out a complete refurbishment, extending the living and kitchen areas to accommodate the family’s need for an open-plan space. With underfloor heating installed throughout, the extension features minimal walls and generous amounts of glass, allowing for ample natural light and creating an inviting, communal living space for the family to enjoy.
Our clients recognized the importance of creating an inviting porch that would blend seamlessly with their neighbourhood’s aesthetic. They wanted to incorporate handcrafted gallows brackets into the design to match those of their neighbours. Our team executed the project with excellence, resulting in a beautifully crafted porch that added aesthetic value and increased curb appeal to the property.
