The objective was to establish a free flowing ground flow which was easily established through the building of the rear extension, having a kitchen with a family area and the installation of sky lights and bi-folding doors which creates more space and allows for more natural light. The island clearly separates the eating area from the family area, however the openness allows for the family to still be together, which is great especially for those with children.
On the first floor the WC and Bathroom were merged together to create a bigger family bathroom, additionally all the bedrooms had been redecorated to provide more modern, stylish finishes as opposed to the existing out dated cold rooms.
The loft bedroom was designed and built to be light, airy so it was only right to include a juliette balcony and skylights, the lofts ensuite was finished with a walk in shower, WC and Wash basin.
Bright, Open, and Family-Focused TRANSFORMATION
This Brentwood renovation focused on creating a bright, open space that works for everyday family life. The rear extension made room for a kitchen and family area, while skylights, bi-folding doors, and a central island brought in light and defined zones—making the space feel connected yet functional.
Upstairs, we combined the WC and bathroom to form a larger family space and redecorated the bedrooms with fresh, modern finishes. The loft was designed to feel light and airy, complete with a Juliette balcony, skylights, and a stylish ensuite with a walk-in shower.
